「Dinner at the restaurant is fantastic! The Chocolate tour (5 min walk) was a great mid morning tour and very interesting - make and eat your own chocolate! The walk up to La Fortuna was challenging so ask for a ride of you need one. The owner was incredibly helpful and was able to get me a day pass to Baldi Springs for the locals rate :) 」

「OMG! We just loved Chongos Place! The cabins are so cute and beautiful, clean with all necessities. The porch with the hammock was just our favorite place. The plants right outside the porch invite these beautiful hummingbirds and butterflies that we got to observe up close! And the pool was amazing, we spend hours in it each day. Great if you have kids (my daughter never wanted to leave the pool!)
And to top it all... the view of the Arenal is breathtaking.

「Wir hatten eine Familienunterkunft mit zwei Schlafzimmern sowie eigenem Jacuzzi. Es gab zusätzlich eine voll ausgestattete Küche. Die gesamte Unterkunft war sehr schön und ruhig gelegen in einer wunderbarer Gartenanlage.
Das Personal war durchgehend sehr freundlich und zu jederzeit hilfsbereit.
Das Hotel ist der perfekte Startpunkt um Ausflüge in La Fortuna und Umgebubg zu unternehmen」
「This hotel was perfect for what we wanted. It is about a 3-4 min drive to the restaurants in town. Daily breakfast was very good, the spa was marvelous! We went twice for massages, the pool and separate jacuzzi’s were great. 」
「This 2 story rental villa has a great view of Volcan Arenal from the second story. It overlooks a farm with elephant grass used for grazing animals. The location is about 2 km south of the center of La Fortuna, so a car is necessary. It is close to several of the tour outfitters that do canyoneering and rafting. It is initially hard to see on your first visit (look for the Sapiens sign on Ruta 702) because the group of 3 houses are set 70 meters south of the road and accessed via a thin 1 lane...

「Honestly an amazing little spot near the city center. Quiet comfortable and everything you need. One of the light bulbs burnt out and they were there within minutes to replace it. Helpful with things to do around as well」
