Great Week

Villa is beautiful and in a great location. You can walk to several restaurants, ice cream, gift shops and even the grocery. The kitchen was well stocked. Would definitely recommend this place.

Awesome Condo on Grace Bay

Enjoyed our stay in this 3 Bedroom Condo on Grace Bay. Views were fantastic. The location is great with many things to do close by. Perfect spot for our family. Pool and Beach were very nice and mostly not crowded.

Summer vacation

All about the beaches

The view (full moon one night) was spectacular, quiet, near restaurants and shopping. The kitchen was well stocked for cooking with dishes, pans etc. the support from the manager to clean up crew were attentive and helpful. Definitely want to come back.

Vacation at last!

Extremely pleased with the condo and its location on Grace Bay. Condo was stocked with everything we needed for our week. Grocery store, restaurants and shops were all within walking distance. Decided to rent a car after we arrived however so that we could explore the island on our own instead of using cabs or shuttles. Truly relaxing week with our adult children. Resort staff was excellent as was our VRBO concierge Cadian! Highly recommend this condo and would return again!

Wonderful location

Had a wonderful trip at VR late June. This was the perfect unit and location for our family of 5 with our children 20, 17, & 16. Gave us plenty of room to spread out and enjoy. The outdoor space was amazing for taking in the sunset. The pool and beach areas are amazing and pretty quiet. Never had any issues getting a chair or umbrella any time of day. We loved all the shops within walking distance. Our first time on the island but seemed to be the perfect central location. I would definitely rent this unit again.

Great place

Overall, very impressed with Villa Renaissance Terrific location right on Grace Bay with many dining options within walking distance. Listing mentioned that there would be a cleaning service. We were under the impression that would be daily and for the price it should have been. There was only one cleaning for a seven night stay. Would recommend staying here however, if you’re looking for full service, this is not the place and for the price you could likely find that at one of the many other places on Grace Bay

Grace Bay Villa Renaissance #301

I chose this property because my husband and I and our two teen children wanted a place to spend a week for Christmas. The pictures were very enticing and spot on! This is an exceptional property inside and out. Everything we needed was here. We felt right at home as soon as we got here. The views from the balcony are amazing! The TCI management team was 100% accommodating and on point for anything we needed. It is a lot of work traveling outside the US right now and the TCI team made sure we had all the information we needed. Cady was our main contact and she was great! We reached out to her a couple times during our stay and she was very responsive and helpful. The staff at Villa Renaissance also made our stay very nice. They were always there to get us set up on the beach each day and get us lunch and drinks too! We really enjoyed staying at this property because it is smaller than some of the high rises so we didn’t have to get down to the beach super early to still get a great spot. Finally, this property is so close to just about everything in the Grace Bay Area. We walked to dinner each night and even biked to pick up some groceries. We can’t wait to stay here again!

Perfect location!

This was the perfect location for our stay in T&C. It is right in front of a glorious stretch of Grace Bay beach, where loungers and umbrellas are provided for free for hotel guests. The hotel environment was super laid back, heated pool was fantastic, staff were all friendly and helpful. Cady was a super helpful host who made sure we had everything we needed for our stay. The property itself was immaculately clean, and the views from the balcony were stunning. The property is within walking distance of many wonderful shops, bars and restaurants. We will definitely be back!! P.S. I felt bad for the people staying in hotels just 100m down the beach that were 3x as expensive and much more crowded!

Beautiful stay

This villa is one of our favorites. It was our 3rd time staying here. We love the views, proximity to the beach, the pool and the tennis court. Rooms are nicely decorated and comfortable. The kitchen has all the amenities you need. The wrap around balcony is amazing. Highly recommend this property.

That View!

Fantastic three bedroom condo for three couples. Note the twins can be combined into a king. The gorgeous beach is steps away. The patio is large and lovely. The patio doors open to the beach. The kitchen is nice and well appointed. You can park on property. There is a bar at the pool during the day. You can walk to a handful of fun restaurants and a great coffee spot. Communication was easy and well done, as well as check in. Highly recommend.

A Little Piece of Paradise

One of the best locations on the Island. Our family has come back to Provo time and time again and Villa Renaissance doesn’t miss. Villa 301 views are absolutely amazing and the room is very spacious with the 3 bedrooms and bathrooms. The family loved this villa and we will definitely be coming back!!

Great Location!

We really enjoyed our stay here. The condo is in a great location and was nice and spacious. We had a few hiccups with check in being late and not being told when the cleanings would occur. But other than that we really enjoyed the condo and the amenities that were provided! We would definitely stay here again!

Much needed vacation

This was our second year staying in this unit. We loved it the first time and we loved it again. Location is perfect. Beachfront, in town, and close to restaurants and the grocery store. The construction next door was a bit distracting when trying to relax on the porch, but the building is near completion, so this should not be an ongoing problem.

The condo is very comfortable with a beautiful view of Grace Bay. The location of the condo was convenient to shopping and restaurants. The beach is amazing, of course. Would highly recommend.
