The hotel itself is beautiful, with a fantastic location on the shores of Lake Como, comfortable rooms, excellent facilities and a wonderfully relaxing atmosphere. But what truly sets this hotel apart is its people. Every single member of staff made us feel genuinely welcome, always greeting us with a smile, taking the time to chat, and going above and beyond to ensure we had everything we needed. Whether it was the reception team helping with local recommendations, the restaurant and bar staff delivering outstanding service, the kitchen team producing delicious food every day, or the housekeeping and wellness staff keeping everything immaculate, everyone contributed to making our holiday unforgettable. A heartfelt thank you to all the staff, especially Rossana. Your kindness, professionalism and genuine warmth made us feel less like guests and more like family. "It's a basic hotel with limited amenities, no fridge in the room. Breakfast was limited but OK. Reception staff, especially Erja were very helpful. The restaurant Riccardo attached to the hotel has very good pizzas and generally good food, even though waiting staff seemed to be fed up most of the time. Since we were here mainly to experience the outdoor scenery the hotel did it's job. Comfortable bed and decent bathroom."
