「Biz 4 kişi olarak konakladık. Odamız superior suitti. Çocuklar salonda kanepede biz de yatak odasında gayet rahat bir gece geçirdik. Çok çok temizdi genis ferahti. Balkonu kocamandı. Girişte biraz bizden ve internet kaynaklı sıkıntı yaşadık ama kısa sürede çözümlendi ve giriş yaptık. Konum olarak çok güzeldi 2-3 dakika içinde meydana indik. Biz çok memnun kaldık. Yine gelsek kalacağımız yer burasıdır.」
「Although the hotel’s exterior looks a bit old, the inside has been beautifully renovated and is very clean. There is also an elevator, and the front desk staff were incredibly kind, professional, and welcoming.
The location is excellent, with easy access from the bus terminal.There are plenty of supermarkets and restaurants within walking distance.The price is also very reasonable.

「Great location in Prizren! Helpful and friendly staff. The rooms look good and are comfortable but the maintenance and cleaning is not good enough to match the standard of the rest of the hotel. Across two room we had unclean toilet, forgotten towels, broken soap holders, running toilet and smell issues.
The breakfast was tasty and with a nice view, but be aware of indoor smoking.
