Tired room. Hot water for tea was in an urn previously used for coffee which made for undrinkable tea. Poor selection of sweets…they were stale. Texted time to leave when we were already on the road for 2 hours.

The room was the closet to the front lobby first floor a lot of talking the room itself had no hot water in the shower and nobody showed up to check it out. Although we checked in on time there was no other room to switch us too. This room in my opinion was the worst room they had

I enjoyed the ambience of the hotel. It was decorated with Christmas. It looked very nice and inviting. I especially enjoyed the cookies provided at check in.
