Perfect house for our family vacation. Each had their own private space and a great family room, kitchen and lanai for being together. Lots of amenities for beach and fun and close to everything. Felt like home.

Family vacation

We had a wonderful time during our stay. The house was gorgeous and had a lot of nice amenities! Fit 8 people comfortably. We loved using the grill to cook fish and did enjoy lots of the beach gear in the garage. I would recommend this house and neighborhood to any!

Great location and beautiful family house!

Big and beautiful house in a great neighborhood! We loved walking the path on the golf course and being near Hanalei. It was also very nice to have beach items and towels! Our only complaint is that the king size bed creaked very badly and there were a couple issues with the bedroom doors.

Amazing location for a family get away.

This place was amazing! Perfect location for my wife and I to get away wiyh our children and grandchildren to enjoy beatiful Kauia! Tons of space, beautiful neighborhood, and an amazing house complete with most evefything we needed for our trip! Have already shared information with friends wanting to do a similar family get away!

best part of the island

We had a great 21 day stay in this Princeville VRBO. This was our first time to this island. We were happy we chose the north side - very lush and many beautiful beaches with only a few people on them (in December with big waves). The house had everything we needed, and is located in a nice neighborhood. We appreciated the owner's many suggestions for things to do and see.

Wonderful location, beautiful home

Loved our stay! Scott was so thorough in prepping us for things to do nearby that made our trip easier. The chocolate farm he recommended was amazing. All the extra ocean toys was super helpful as there are so many beaches to chose from on the north shore.

Family getaway

We had a fantastic time at the property for our extended family gathering of 10 people. Property is exactly as advertised and in a beautiful neighborhood. Lots of beach gear to use, and we enjoyed the bikes supplied to explore the area as well.

Amazing!

Our stay in Princeville was fantastic. The house is in a beautiful location- close to activities, beautiful beaches, restaurants and shops. The house is STOCKED with all of the beach supplies a family could need, including chairs, towels, snorkeling equipment, sand toys, a cooler, and even a wagon to haul everything. The layout of the house was perfect for two families. We would absolutely recommend this property.

Awesome!

We held a friends reunion in Kauai and stayed at the house which suited our needs very well. It's a great location, the place was clean and had lots amenities which we very much enjoyed. Would certainly stays there again. The communication with host was direct and very quick responses.

Celebrating a 21st birthday

Our whole family plus the 21 year old’s boyfriend came! We had a fantastic stay (with the exception of an Airgas truck driver coming over on us!) Even with the accident, we were able to make some great memories! I have to mention how wonderful Scott was during the entire stay. We would definitely love to come again!

Good stay on the north w/ easy access to everything

We stayed on Poipu beach for the first part of our trip but wanted to explore the northern part of the island. Great stay at this Princeville house. Remember there isn’t A/C but was not an issue for us. We were out all day and slept with windows open at night. Must do up north: * Hanalei shopping and meals * Hanalei Bay sunset * Tunnels Beach

Great house for family

My family stayed at this property in Princeville 7 days. We absolutely loved this fantastic house ! We had 10 adults and the house was specious and very comfortable for our whole family. There were lots of kitchen tools, dishes, towels and snorkel equipments even bikes. The location was perfect and convenient with very quiet neighbors. The owner Scott was super friendly and easy to communicate. All family members really enjoyed this house and area. Thank you for wonderful stay !!

Well supplied house in Paradise

As a multi-generation family, celebrating a milestone birthday, this house was almost perfect! The owner was in contact with us about our concerns and was very helpful regarding missing supplies and entrance lock issues. Our only complaint was that we had to travel by car to the beach. (A car is necessary to see most of Kauai; a boat or helicopter to see the Napali Coast!) We highly recommend Captain Andy's Sunset Catamaran dinner cruise, the highlight of our trip for everyone, ages 3, 5, 9, 13 and adults to 78! Plan on spending more than you thought you would, knowing most of the experiences are worth the $$$.

Nice home and location!

The home was nice, great arrangement. Although there are a few minor items I will mention, I would still rate as a 5. The bedroom with double bunks was hot and no working fan which made it a little uncomfortable for the guests in that room. Overall nice, some wear to furniture, however, most time was not spent in the house, so this was not a concern.

Comfort in Paradise

This was out first time renting through VRBO and I have to say that property owner (Scott) was fantastic. He was very patient with all of the questions we asked and served as both travel guide and property owner. Scott had great recommendations on things to do. The house was beautiful and had so much open space indoors and three wonderful outdoor lanais. The kitchen was well stocked and could have easily accommodated a large party with all of the dishware and cooking utensils. The location is truly paradise in Princeville near the golf course and ocean. The property was very tastefully decorated inside and the landscaping looked like a country club!
