Inside, the bones of the barn are present. From beams and rafters on the main level to the tall, gable barn ceiling. Just imagine all the different ways the barn had been used over time. As you enter the barn, you will be greeted by a warm and inviting living area, complete with two comfortable sofas (one is a pull-out queen bed), a cozy fireplace, a reading nook, and a fully equipped kitchen (air fryer, microwave, coffee maker, double oven). The loft bedroom is situated above the living area and offers a comfortable king-size bed with soft linens, ensuring a peaceful night's sleep. The bedroom also includes a dedicated working space and a half bath. Step outside onto the private patio and take in the breathtaking views of the river. You can enjoy your morning beverage while watching the birds and wildlife that call the river their home. Guests will have access to the entire property. The upstairs closet and door to the basement are locked and not available to guests. We are just a call or text away. The Fox River barn is located on the outskirts of Princeton, WI. Situated on a half acre of land, including 241 feet of private river frontage, guests will enjoy the privacy and serenity of this riverside property. Guests will be able to walk, bike, or drive to many local shops and events in Princeton. There are a variety of golf courses, shops, and other physical activity options within 30 minutes. Guests will be able to use 2 dedicated parking spaces in front of the barn. Near the parking and side patio is the Tesla Only Level 2 EV Charger. There is a Lectron brand Tesla to J1172 adapter available inside of the property. Guest must message host for code to access the adapter. Note: There is a small step between the living room and kitchen area.
