「If I could do do three and half stars, I would. We stayed a week and the things we found were lacking were things like no linens in the kitchen (dish towels, pot holders,...), only a partial roll of paper towels and TP in the place when we arrived, no extra trash bags,... Had we been staying for a night or two, we wouldn't have noticed some of things but we were there a week so we noticed all of them. The host was quick to deliver more paper products but still not enough for a week. The kitchen...

「It was okay. One of the bunk beds had stained sheets on it and the futon style couches were worn and uncomfortable, but other than that, it served our needs. They provided the basic toiletries and kitchen items. They also had a nice book put together with suggested drives and maps. Plenty of parking. We really enjoyed our hot chocolate every morning on the deck taking in the beautiful mountain views. 」

「This was the perfect condo for our first ski trip with our kids. Great location to the slopes, and great use of the condo space to allow for plenty of room! 」

「The hosts were very communicative and the location is perfect for people who love to ski but the apartment is in a terrible condition. The sofas very so hard that we couldn’t sit in them, the beds were squeaking, there were no comforters but just a sheet to cover yourself while sleeping, the paint was peeling off in many areas, the TVs are old and not smart TVs, the commodes in the bathroom are too low and small. I can keep going.」

「It was a cozy nest that suited my family of ten for a night. I loved the balcony and the quietness of the area. I thought the cleaning fee was high considering the floor and carpets in the bedroom weren’t very clean. The electronic check out list was helpful but paper would have been easier to fill out. 」

「Man, what can I say? This place was so great. The river that runs behind it is such a great sound to fall asleep to. The apt was immaculately clean. Comfortable beds, the towels were big and lush. Nice hot water. Everything you could need was there. Walking distance to several cool places and food. You have to try the pizza at The Back of the Dragon Brewery. Beth is nothing short of amazing. I will definitely say here again. It was just a great experience all the way around.」

「My wife and I recommend The Traveler on Main to all looking for a clean and comfortable accommodations in Tazwell. Our Host was amazing and made sure everything was perfect for our stay. The facility was clean, comfortable and secure. The two-bedroom suite was quite large, and the bed was very comfortable. The curious deer that walked by as we unloaded our car was an extra treat. All will enjoy their stay here.」
