"We had such a wonderful stay here! There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out and feel comfortable, which made it especially relaxing. One of our favorite parts was watching dolphins right from the river view — such a special and peaceful experience. The setting was incredibly quiet and serene, making it the perfect place to unwind. We would absolutely stay here again!"

"While not the Ritz, (but lovely renovations soon), the Tipsy Turtle was spiffy clean. Eric and Cambria were as accommodating as could be. The views and beach were as spactacular as one could hope for anywhere. Rooms were spacious and comfortable. I stayed 2 weeks, and maybe longer next time!"

"Host was good no problems. The property is in a perfect spot. But the house needs some love, furniture, bedding needs updating, bathrooms also. Garage area needs cleaning. Lighting out front undated."

"The place was beautiful and very clean. The pool was amazing. The location was great being so close to the water. Only a few minute bike ride or a walk. The neighborhood was very quiet. Will definitely stay again. "

"We had a nice stay. The property is a bit dated and in need of upkeep to improve makeup. We paid full price rental because of the christmas season and were a bit disappointed. The pictures as adversized don't fully reflect the current conditions of the property. A few of the door blinds were broken or torn; We had to place a blanket over one to minimize light coming in the morning. There were a couple of live wasps nests outside the kitchen balcony.On the other hand the property is well located, a few hundred feet from the water walk which was nice. The pool area was nice, we barbequed, and used the jacuzzi and had a great time."
