The Inn had a great location - good view of the Harbour, close to sites but not too close. Our first room (211) was great - king, lots of hot water for shower. Our second room (209) was OK but it did not have a desk and only tepid water. Breakfast was good. The evening desk person was very friendly

I love that you can rent an actual large 3 bedroom apartment. My third time staying in this particular suite. My only issue was that the couch although very comfortable, was tired and too low to the ground as my father has some mobility issues and he found it difficult to get up from said couch.

Andrea was a great host for our short stay in Prince Rupert. She was very kind and accommodating to our early departure on the Ferry the next morning and for allowing our chocolate lab to stay in the room with us at no additional charge. She had coffee set on a timer and some muffins, fruit, and juice out for us to take on the ferry since we were not going to be there for breakfast. We loved everything about the East room and the bed was so comfortable. Should we find ourselves back in Prince...

Wonderful stay, all the staff was excellent especially Connie at the front desk. Connie took the time to answer all of our questions, she told us all about Prince Rupert and where to go for sights and food. The room was very comfortable and the Continental breakfast was good. We would definitely stay again.
