Veronica did a great job at reception as lots of guests arrived off the ferry from Port Hardy. Room was recently updated and look great. Good hot water for a nice shower. Continental breakfast in the morning was great.

We had an excellent check-in at 1:30am after arriving on the ferry from Port Hardy by a very organized and friendly lady who managed a small group of like passengers. Kudos to her. We only stayed one short night so wasn’t able to form any meaningful opinion of the hotel although the room appeared clean and the bed was comfortable. The hotel was easy to find and parking was behind the building.

Let me start with the staff. Anna at the front desk was so helpful and friendly!! The morning breakfast staff were kind and smiling. It’s the staff that make this place great. The room was very clean and comfortable. Loved the gym downstairs and the continental breakfast was pretty good with enough options to start your day. Plus, they have coffee and tea available 24 hours. The hotel is right next to the airport terminal bus pick up and drop off and everything you need is within a 10-15 minute walk. I really enjoyed the 4 nights I stayed. Would return.

The staff were friendly and flexible. They offered us to watch the Jays game before our check in. The place is under renovation so the halls were wet with drywall mud and it smelled like it. It’s not a fabulous place, but at the right price, it’s fine.

Didn’t have handicap parking.and Once you got a spot you didn’t dare leave after 5:00 pm as you wouldn’t get one and good luck to park on the street. The ocean view was beautiful so we enjoyed that immensely.
