"Strong showers, tv sucks, wifi is meh, telephone doesn't work, check in is weird but we got there early, room was ready a little late. Not at 3pm. Food was expensive in food court for like a fast food combo, so go somewhere else to get food. Tables were cheap enough. Blackout curtains were nice."

"Checking in went smoothly, they were able to accommodate me needing a fridge and the request to be on a lower floor. The room was beautiful and so was the view. The only thing that has made me take a star away, was that it took almost 20 min to get my bags. The bellhop brought the wrong bags the first time, so had to wait an additional 10 min for him to get the correct bags. "

"No gym or pool available, but you can use facilities at neighboring properties. Walls are very thin in the Mountain Tower rooms, you can hear neighbors talking and using bathroom. "
