"Wunderschöne Ferienwohnung mit 3 Balkons (jede Sonnenseite kann somit genutzt werden) und einer ganz tollen Ausstattung. Wohnung liegt in der 3. Etage, kein Fahrstuhl vorhanden. Für uns kein Problem, aber vielleicht für jemand anderen. Für 4 Personen richtig viel Platz. Die Sicht auf den Stadthafen ist super toll und das zu jeder Tageszeit. Wir waren begeistert. Für vielfältige Ausflüge ideal geeignet. Und das Highlight, die kostenfreie Nutzung des Wellnessbereiches."

"Pros: Wer es ruhig und entschleunigend mag, der wird hier auf seine Kosten kommen. Die gästeeigene Badestelle des Sees ist nicht mal 5 min entfernt. Für uns ein klarer Pluspunkt! Das Zimmer war einfach, aber ausreichend ausgestattet. Alles war sauber und funktional. Cons: Die Zimmerausstattung ist schon etwas in die Jahre gekommen und könnte eine Modernisierung vertragen."

Die Altstadt, die Schiffsanleger und vieles mehr sind fußläufig erreichbar, was wir als besonders angenehm empfanden. Waren ist eine sehr schöne, saubere Stadt mit gepflegten Parkanlagen.
