Great views and a beautiful property. If you're on foot, you'll have a good amount of walking to do in order to get the basics for cooking etc in their well appointed kitchens.

Excellent apartment for a family vacation that had everything. Garage under the house for both cars and bikes that was very convenient. With water on both sides of the house. The only drawback was that we hade an apartment towards the road so we heard the cars if we had open windows.

Hochwertige, neuwertige,gepflegte Apartmentanlage

Die Apartments sind sehr hochwertig mit viel Platz und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Eine vollwertige Küchenzeile inclusive großem Kühlschrank und Geschirrspüler ermöglichen einen schönen Urlaub bei individueller Versorgung. Unsere Unterkunft war mit Müritzblick, stand jedoch in 2.Reihe, so dass das Wasser nur aus Entfernung zu sehen war. Die Spa Abteilung ist mit 2 Saunen ausgestattet, besonders die Biosauna hat uns gut gefallen. Allerdings ist der Platz zum Entspannen recht klein. Die Anzahl der Liegen ist im Innenbereich beschränkt. Für Bademantel und Handtücher wird eine Gebühr fällig, ebenso für das Parkhaus, das zum Apartement gehört. Das wurde nicht ordentlich beim checkin erklärt und führte zu einer "Überraschung" bei der Abreise.

sehr moderne Appartementanlage in Top-Lage👍

👍sehr moderne Appartementanlage in Top-Lage an der Binnenmüritz mit sehr hochwertiger Ausstattung; ideal um sowohl den Nationalpark Müritz per Rad oder zu Fuß zu erkunden als auch in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß das schöne Städtchen Waren mit seinem idyllischen Hafen am Rande der Altstadt zu erkunden👍 als einiges Manko müssen wir die fehlenden Fliegenschutz und die fehlende Klimaanlage monieren (da hat der Architekt auf der Zielgerade wohl geschlafen) 🤔

Die Wohnung an sich ist top. Es waren sehr hohe Außentemperaturen und die Wohnungen sind nicht klimatisiert, was ein Manko ist, obwohl ich zugeben muss, dass die Temperaturen in der Wohnung doch erträglich waren. Ein wirklich unschöner Anblick sind die Außenanlagen, die nach einem heißen Sommer ausschließlich aus verbrannter Rasenfläche besteht. Bei der Qualität der Anlage, wäre es angebracht, eine Fest installierte Beregnungsanlage zu installieren. Irgendwelche Rasensprenger mittels Schlauchwagen, wie im Kleingarten, zu betreiben, ist nicht schön anzusehen und noch weniger effektiv und zielführend.

Die Straße ist laut. Duschtüre und die Ritzen zwischen den Fliesen sind gelb und schmutzig. Absolut harte Kopfkissen. Trotz Beschreibung gab es keine weicheren. Kein Seeblick, wie in der Werbung beschrieben. Ansonsten schönes Appartement

Sehr schöne, neue, moderne Unterkunft. Sehr sauber, alle Zimmer mit großem Balkon, direkter Tiefgaragenzugang. Der Pool ist auf den Bildern sehr vorteilhaft fotografiert, ist in Realität deutlich kleiner und kein Innenpool.

Sehr schöne Anlage, geräumige und hochwertig eingerichtete Appartments. Wellnessbereich ebenfalls sehr gut, ein beheizbarer Aussenpool mit atemberaubendem Müritzseeblick, der uns leider in unseren Penthaussuite fehlte, obwohl in der Beschreibung ein Seeblick versprochen wurde. Aus der Terrasse konnte man zwar ein kleines Stück See sehen, jedoch die Ausrichtung aller Zimmer war auf die tagsüber doch ziemlich gut befahrene Strasse. Für 400 € pro Nacht war das enttäuschend. Das müssen die Betreiber bei der Zimmerbeschreibung angeben, dass es verschiedene Ausrichtungen der Appartments gibt.

Tolles modernes Apartmenthotel. Essen lässt sehr zu wünschen übrig. Keine große Frühstücksauswahl für 21,50€ zu teuer und 15min vorher wird abgeräumt/nicht aufgefüllt. Abendessen nicht gut und überteuert im Restaurant. Wellnessbereich modern, sauber und ausreichend. Ambiente sehr schön.
