Heizung, Beleuchtung, Haus, Carport

In der Küche zu dunkel. Beim Spülbecken keine Beleuchtung vorhanden. Heizung morgens im Winter um 18 Grad , sehr ungemütlich. Die Heizung braucht Stunden um auf im Bad 20 Grad zu kommen. Zu kalt morgens. Das Haus ist allgemein unbewohnt. Die Einfahrt zum Carport schmal. Steile Stiege zur FeWo und das 2. SZ ist 1. Stock höher. Der Kamin ist nur elektrische BeleuchKamin ist nur elektronische Beleuchtung.

Schönes Appartement Nähe Tollensesee

Sowohl Stadt wie auch See gut zu Fuß zu erreichen, sauber und gut ausgestattete Wohnung mit separatem Eingang. Lebensmittelladen um die Ecke.
