Generally good

It’s not bad for one night with couple. Quite close to the Tirana Airport. Therefore no need to taxi. Parking area is huge. Also, breakfast is good. (Almost a full breakfast)

Of course, convenient to the airport. The provided breakfast is outstanding .. Quite a surprise, high-quality and healthy choices! The staff is very nice and professional. The shower in my room leaked through the bottom and I felt bad for the cleaning staff. I mopped up as best I could. The fixtures could use some maintenance.. But I don’t think my review is going to change anything lol .. Again, convenient to the airport and outstanding breakfast.. hard to beat that!

NO AC and bugs!

Terrible stay. The AC didn’t work. When I asked the staff they said that there was nothing they could do! The bathroom was leaking making noise, there were bugs in the room.

We had ants in our bed, AC wasn't working and we couldn't be moved to another room because they we're fully booked. They didn't try to find another solution for us, not even compensation was offered for the 2 horrible nights with 30°C room temp. Instead the receptionist told us upon checkout that they will fix it for our next stay. Not happening!

Not recommendable, no communication

I’m still waiting for their answer as I sent a message to the hotel explaining that our flight had been cancelled and I needed to cancel the room, 1 day before of my booking, and they have not replied, didn’t picked up the phone the 10 times I called and they charged me. Shame.

The hotel is perfect for a night after landing or before departing. It is walking distance from the airport making it very comfortable in terms of logistics. We arrived the night before our departure and managed to visit Tirana and return the rented car the morning after to then walk back, change and pick-up our luggage to fly back. Staff was very welcoming, breakfast was good and served early in the morning. Room was comfortable and all you need for a night.

Information på hotels.com gällande frukost var att om man hade tidig utcheckning skulle det gå att få med en frukostpåse detta var inte alls möjligt trist då frukost ingick i priset. Start att servera frukost kl7 är väldigt sent på ett flygplatshotell. Speciellt vid en flygplats som flyger hela natten.

Perfekt für eine Zwischenübernachtung vom oder zum Flug. Zu Fuß in wenigen Minuten vom Airport zu erreichen. Gutes Frühstück, saubere Zimmer und freundliche Mitarbeiter.
