Really nice hotel, we checked in early and Kiran sorted out finding us a room that was available so we didn't have to check in later on when we got back in. The bed was extremely comfortable and the breakfast was great with Claire making sure we were well looked after.

Nice hotel with lots of parking and very friendly staff at reception. Gym was OK but no water and the lift was broken so bags had to be carried up to the second floor. Breakfast wasn't included either and the hotel is a little tired. OK for one night however.

Really Clean , staff super helpful. Room comfortable and had lots of amenities. Only downsides was noise from other rooms waking us up early. We had breakfast on one day and found that by the time we had arrived the hot buffet section was lacking

We stayed overnight to attend the Liverpool parade. The check in process was quick and easy. The bathroom could have been cleaner. It was a little dark in the room due to limited lighting. The bed was very comfortable. Parking is included so that was very convenient. We would stay again.
