Four double bedrooms, four private en-suites and a large back garden, all in a semi-detached home in Ashton-on-Ribble, Preston. It's made for families, friends and work crews who want to stay together without living on top of each other.

EVERYONE GETS THEIR OWN SPACE
Group trips usually mean queuing for the bathroom and arguing over the TV. Not here. All four bedrooms are doubles with their own en-suite and their own TV with Netflix, so everyone has a proper room to retreat to at the end of the day.

TIME TOGETHER
Gather round the dining table for a proper sit-down meal, sink into the sofa for a film night, or take your morning coffee out into the large back garden while the rest of the house wakes up.

EASY FOR LONGER STAYS
The kitchen has everything you need to cook properly rather than live on takeaways, from the oven and hob to the microwave and toaster. The washer-dryer means you can pack light. Bed linen and towels are provided, along with tea, coffee, sugar and milk to get you started.

READY FOR WORK
Fast WiFi and dedicated workspaces mean the laptop can come out whenever it needs to. The driveway takes three cars, with on-street parking as well, so your vehicles are right outside the door.

THE LAYOUT
Bedroom 1 is on the ground floor and Bedrooms 2, 3 and 4 are upstairs. Bedrooms 1 to 3 have shower en-suites, while Bedroom 4 has a bath for anyone who would rather soak.

The neighbourhood
A peaceful residential street in Ashton-on-Ribble, close to everyday essentials but away from the city-centre bustle. Tesco Express and Tulketh Mill Retail Park are about five minutes' walk away, with cafés and takeaways nearby. Haslam Park is roughly 12 minutes on foot if you fancy a morning walk or run, and Preston Marina is about 10 minutes by car.

Getting around
Arriving by car is easiest. There's a private driveway for three cars, with on-street parking as well. Preston city centre and the railway station are about 13 minutes' drive, the M55 (for the M6) about 15, and Manchester Airport roughly 50. Without a car, the Seymour Road bus stop is about 4 minutes' walk, and the 44 bus gets you to Preston Station in around 13 minutes.
