"Bathroom had lots of mould, walls were pretty beaten up, full of dents and scrapes and was not clean, door off the runner, extractor fan filthy, socket dirty. Shelve that held the china was dirty as was the china. No internet password given, no wardrobe or hangers for clothes, no door between kitchen and bedroom, broken Venetian blind letting light in and dirty, holes in curtains, central light in bedroom naked bulb no shade. Traffic noise totally unacceptable, almost nonstop roaring vehicles yards from bedroom window, we were unable to sleep. Someone parked outside the window and left their engine running at 3 am. If we had been staying longer than one night we would have left. An absolutely horrible stay."

"The house was very clean and tidy and was very well equipped. The kitchen had everything you could need. There were board games, cards and toys and books for kids. We had a problem with the dishwasher so had to hand wash for our 3 day stay. We phoned the host who said she would check it the next time she was there.
