Staff was very friendly and the major task of getting to and from the airport was handled by the staff since the flights are at terrible times. Only disappoint was the pool was closed for renovations, however, they were working to get the pool open.

Everything was fantastic. My room was beautiful and clean. Beds were super comfortable. They allowed me to stay an extra hour due to work related things. 10/10 would recommend. Only thing i would want better is eggs and sausage in the included breakfast.

Pros: Staff was friendly Room was nice Beds were comfy Everything was clean It's the only one with a pool locally Cons: The ONLY con was the borderline harassment for a review. The same man called five times in two days, asking us to review the hotel. I was going to, I almost always do reviews when I go places. I already planned to because I know it was recently fixed up. The man told us he is giving us a $20 voucher to their restaurant when we use their hotel again. Fantastic, we planned to go back. Then, it became call after call because I didn't do it yet. The first and second calls were the day I checked out (Tuesday). The first was at 3:16, around 7 hours after I checked out. The second was around 8pm. The third, fourth and fifth calls were today (Wednesday). The third was at 10am. Fourth was at 8pm. And the fifth was at 8:30. I ignored the call and blocked the number. The fifth call was because I emailed him back, asking where I find the link to do the review. Instead of emailing me back, he tried to call. After I blocked his number, he emailed me. I haven't responded and won't be. The "voucher" was a picture of a business card with $20 written in the corner, a signature, and a serial number. Not sure how I would use it. This was creepy. Very pushy and uncomfortable. I don't think I'll be using the hotel again, unfortunately. We loved it otherwise...

I travel to Presque Isle a few times per year and have stayed in most of the hotels in the area. The Presque Isle Hotel provides excellent value for the price. The room was large, very clean, and very comfortable. I travel for work, and the lighting and table space were ample for me to complete my job tasks. The restaurant was excellent. The bed was comfortable, climate controls easy to use and responsive, and the bathroom and shower worked great. The breakfast was simple but all that wanted. This hotel provides just what I am looking for when I travel for business and at a much lower cost than the competition.

I had a late check in and Leslie was so kind and incredibly pleasant. This hotel is my go to place when flying in and out of PQI. Room is always clean, warm and comforting.

I had stayed here for years while visiting the area until it really went down hill. I decided to give it a try after hearing there were new owners and they were renovating. The rooms were re-done and they were working on redoing lots! Staff was very friendly and helpful. I'll definitely give it a try again next time. Im excited to see what they do with it!

DO NOT STAY HERE! First thing we noticed when we walked in was the hallways smelled like weed so bad you could get high just walking through there(words from the lady working there). We got zero sleep from snowmobiles rolling in at all hours, drunk people in the hallways, people swimming at 1am. Breakfast was terrible. I had two rooms and neither blow dryer worked. The beds were very loud. Theres people who live there and get to free range the hotel, bringing their dogs into the restaurant. Someone put their dog on our table while we were sitting down. People walking around barefoot with joints in their hands while people are eating dinner. The "locker" doors that you need a key for is broken you can just pull it open so anyone can just walk in there.

Don’t stay here! We are not fussy people but the entrance outside closest to our room was full of cigarettes butts , garbage was overflowing and dog crap around area. They are working on it but they need to and do a LOT more before I would ever stay there again!

Excellent stay! Very clean room with super comfy bed and pillows. The hotel is quiet and had everything I needed. I will be staying here again on my return trip and the Manager called me to confirm and issued a food voucher for my upcoming stay. Very rare these days. I highly recommend and will definitely stay again.

Made many improvements- much cleaner . Shontell at front desk very helpful & accommodating. Only complaint is very weak wi-fi ( couldn’t even stream on ipad) and only 12 channels on TV come through and none of them are ABC, NBC, CBS or local.

The room was spotless and very warm and cozy. The heated pool was such an amazing experience. The pool area was under renovation and it didn’t bother us at all. The restaurant was very cold, but the staff placed us in front of the fireplace and we warmed up nicely. Our supper meal was very good. The staff is very helpful and friendly and I would definitely stay there again. Note though that the breakfast area room was very very cold. The shuttle driver was on time and helpful taking me to the airport.

Rooms are in serious need of renovation, towels were hard and crunchy, smell of weed and smoke everywhere, complimentary breakfast was not good at all. Original room they gave us wasn’t cleaned, had to give us a different room. If I didn’t know better, I would have said that room wasn’t cleaned either. Bathroom looked like they tried to paint but there was paint splatter all over the floor. Not an enjoyable stay.
