This was the perfect house for women to stay during a women's retreat. We couldn't do the bunk beds in the camp so we chose to stay at the Thumb Butte retreat. We were not disappointed! Comfortable and spacious. Plenty of room to think and reflect!

This is just a beautiful property and the owners are so easy to work with. This is our 3rd time staying here as we come to the Legacy Horse Sale every year in Sept. It's always clean and they have high standards. The layout of this property is great with the master and kitchen on the main level and two additional 2 bedrooms with a bathroom/patio and living room downstairs as well. Views all over the place! Highly recommend.

Great place with lots of room and beautiful views! The house has everything needed for a relaxing stay. Since we couldn’t really bring our bag chairs with us on the airplane, the camp chairs proved especially useful to watch our son’s baseball games at ERAU

July 4th trip

The house was exactly as pictured on Vrbo. The host was responsive and accommodating, allowing us to check in a few hours early. The home itself was beautiful, spacious, and well-equipped with everything we needed, including amenities in both the kitchen and bathrooms.Please note, the driveway is quite steep; however, the garage is large and offers ample space for parking.

Family Arizona Adventure

Our stay at The Retreat at Thumb Butte was fabulous. The location of the house, the communication with Sharon, the cleanliness and comfort for all of us was top notch. We came to Arizona for a family vacation since our grown children and their spouses do not live close to us. We loved the Retreat at Thumb Butte. It felt like home. the place was very comfortable, the kitchen had everything you needed. Sharon was wonderful and kept us updated on anything we might need. We'll definitely be back. This is one of the nicest VRBO's we've stayed at.

Relaxation at it's finest! In the coziest home ever.

Immediately after entering home you feel like you're home! Its meticulously and detailed with with it's wam inviting decoration. They have left no stone unturned with home offerings in every room that guests may need. It was the quickest weekend I've had and wish we could've have stayed a week! We will be back!!

Mountain Getaway!

This was such a beautiful home nestled in the middle of a mountain. We absolutely loved the indoor dining room that was so beautifully decorated and allowed us to sit as a family and look out over the mountains with all the twinkle lights! Comfortable home Beautiful views

The family really enjoyed being able to spread out, (especially the teens). The home was beautiful, and the location was perfect! Close enough to the stores, when needed and the Row when wanted :-) The Host was so accommodating, I can't thank her enough! Such a perfect getaway. Seeing the deer lay down from the kitchen window on our last morning was a perfect goodbye. We look forward to our next stay!
