Girls Trip in Prescott

We had an incredible time in the Emerald Suite. We had 5 girls stay for a weekend away and the accommodations were perfect. We loved that the outdoor area and game room were right next door. We walked to the coffee shop every morning, visited many shops, and walked to all of the bars! We will definitely be back!

The property looked exactly like the pictures. Like out of a magazine. Everything was clean and well taken care of. The rooftop outdoors area was awesome and allows you to get outside and absorb the ambience of the area.

Fun friend getaway

Clean, comfortable and close to food, shopping, etc. Great property and very responsive host but couldn’t give it 5star because of the train noise. We wish we would have known in advance and would have come prepared. Property is well stocked with things you might need. Steps away from the nice deck with fire table.

Guy's river trip

The property location was perfect for a stop on our boat in Prescott. We slipped the boat at a nearby marina and it took two minutes to walk to the house. Everything was clean and as described. The only critique is the frame of the pull out couch dipped down at the head. We didn't expect a pull out to be comfortable but it wasn't in good opperating condition either. Beyond that, the house was a great spot to get away and have some fun with friends. It was equipped with everything we needed and communication with/from property managers was excellent.

Way too loud

This was a pretty cool place and we especially liked the rooftop and game room. But there were 2 trains every 2 hours. They go right outside the window. There was also music blasting from someplace really close by until 2am. I’d stay away unless you don’t plan to sleep there.

Downtown Gem

My husband and I stayed for a week with our dogs. We loved the convenience of the location - being right downtown made it easy to walk everywhere, especially with all the snow! Being downtown does come with the noise of the train but we were aware of that and it didn't really bother us that much. Loved that the owner provided the sound machines and fans! The unit is connected to 3 others and so you could hear all the comings and goings of the other guests. Parking was a bit of a challenge but I'm sure that was due to all the units being full and the large amount of snow we had. Would have loved to have more places to hang towels and rugs to help with the snow/salt that was tracked in. Overall, we enjoyed our stay and would love to stay again in the future.

Good location to downtown

We stayed for our girls weekend. Very nice rental close to the action of downtown Prescott. Nice game room and patio available to use. We hope to come back in the summer. Thank you.
