Our stay was wonderful. Great location in relation to historic Prescott. We enjoyed the decor of a nicely restored older home and the private outdoor areas allowing us to enjoy the winter sun.

Charming Craftsman style home

We really enjoyed our stay here. All the things were thought out even down to the nice snacks and treats that were a welcome site upon our arrival! Well stocked with spices and kitchen cookware. The towels are luxurious would definitely recommend staying here and we'll plan to stay here again in the future. Thank you, Laura!

Beautifully restored cottage

This little Victorian-styled cottage within easy walking distance from downtown Prescott was a real find. A roomy, nicely equipped kitchen, comfortable living room, one large and one smaller bedroom, a large, almost opulent, bath and a quiet neighborhood close to downtown combined to make a pleasant stay for me as a single traveler. The check-in was painless and communication with the owner was easy. No hesitation in recommending the place.

I cannot say enough about this property! I've been visiting Prescott for 9 years and this is by far the best stay I've had. From Laura's excellent communication to a very comfortable bed with plenty of pillows, the perfect amount of upgrades balanced with a vintage decor, and the quiet peaceful nights. Although the location of the house in proximity to the courthouse square is very convenient, I spent a lot of time simply relaxing in the house. The grounds are very pretty and I personally appreciate the secure, ample parking. They've even installed in-ground driveway lighting! Many rentals I have experienced are dirty and attention to detail is not a priority. That is not the case with this property. It is very well appointed and they have thought of everything, and then some. It's obvious the hosts care about this property and the people who stay in it. I was extremely comfortable in this home. Oh and I love the dimmers in every room! It was a perfect getaway. I will definitely rent this property again. I loved loved loved it!

Perfect Prescott cottage

We loved our stay here and can’t wait to return! This home is absolutely beautiful with so many thoughtful details, pretty antiques, and modern kitchen and bath. The kitchen was stocked with everything we needed. Both home and yard were immaculate. Instructions and check-in/out were quick and simple. Easy walk to downtown Prescott and short drive to Watson Lake. We loved everything about this home.

Absolute Gem

This cottage is absolutely charming! I loved the original 1940’s doors and flooring in parts and antique armoires. Beautifully decorated. Lovely patio out back. Updated kitchen filled with anything you need. An absolute gem!
