We only stayed for one night but this was the perfect little place to walk into downtown and grab a bite and walk around. It was easy access to get to Embry Riddle for parents' weekend. The place was well equipped, very clean and had a nice upstairs balcony with outdoor seating. There is plenty of on-street parking as well.
The rental was excellent and extremely clean. Had a great stay. Would recommend ability to watch tv other than using streaming services. And main house renter where playing a video game extremely load put stay was short so just delt with.
The upstairs suite is adorable! It was super clean, perfectly decorated, and the bed was comfy. We were able to walk to Whisky Row with all the shops, bars, and restaurants. We will definitely stay again when we return. If you book this place be sure to visit Bill’s Pizza, the Hassayama Hotel bar, Birdcage Saloon, and do the hike at Watson Lake.
We stayed 3 nights at this lovely upstairs suite. Although small, it was VERY comfortable, clean and cozy. Easy communication with owner/manager, check in simple. The balcony was a very nice space to sit and read or just relax. Kitchenette was small but met our needs. The bed was very comfortable (pillows a little flat tho). Since I am a very light sleeper, the air conditioner was on the loud side and it woke me up several times during the night when it turned on, although my husband slept thru the night without any issue!! Regardless, we would certainly return to this very comfortable upstairs suite, highly recommended.
We very much enjoyed our stay at the Farmhouse. We were out and about most of the day so the “smallness“ of the living quarters was not an issue and so cute. As advertised the house is only blocks from downtown Prescott. So a perfect location. Touch pass entry was appreciated and worked like clockwork. We were there for only one night but it was long enough to know this place is a gem. My only note would be the mattress. Both my husband and myself have bad backs so it could have been just that but it felt like the mattress needed to be replaced. If it’s newer then my apologies and we’ll chalk it up to bad backs. I would stay here again.
Very comfortable place to stay. Safe neighborhood, convenient parking. The Farmhouse Upstairs Master is charming, very tastefully furnished and decorated, kitchenette well equipped. The bedroom inviting, nice balcony off the bedroom. Even small details like a bathroom nightlight to find your way in the dark.
This is a great place to stay in downtown Prescott! Walking distance to tons of restaurants and shops! We absolutely love the upstairs home and the balcony was the cherry on top! Home was clean and exactly as described on VRBO!
Owners are very accommodating 🙂.
King sized bed is very comfortable.
Suite is very clean and roomy.
We highly recommend this place to anyone coming to stay in Prescott.
This was a quaint and quiet upstairs unit. Walking distance to all downtown and far away enough not be caught in the crowds. Worth the money spent 100%. Will definitely stay here again.
We really enjoyed our stay. It exceeded our expectations. We felt comfortable, safe and at home. Our host was very friendly and easy to communicate with. We hope to use this property again.
Thank you!!
I feel spoiled! I don't sleep well when traveling, but let me tell you how many logs I was sawing! I have allergies to perfumes in most things and this upstairs suite was clean but not drowned in air fresheners. I want to say forever!
My wife and I recently stayed at Ann and Jay's farmhouse in Prescott. We were on a Southwest road trip from Berkeley, CA and originally were looking to stay closer to Sedona. We were a bit late in planning and were priced out of Sedona, so we decided to try Prescott as it's still pretty easy to explore Sedona from there. We had a lovely time! And Ann and Jay's place is great! Though a little small for a 6'2" person, Ann and Jay did some amazing magic making a such great use of their space. It's clean, well appointed. Great bathroom and a comfy bed.
Sedona is about an hour and 15 min drive from Prescott so we ended up spending a decent amount of our stay exploring Prescott and had a wonderful hike up Thumb Butte. It's a beautiful area of the country and we hope to visit again someday!

Cleaver but
We could hear much of what the down stairs guests were saying. We had to through out some food as everything on the kitchen counter was covered with ants. The bath was too small. We had a microwave but no stove or oven. The toilet paper was too cheap. Just would not go back.
