「Nice place with interesting history and architecture. And the staff was nice. My biggest problem was that our bedroom had no window. The adjoining living area did, but I can tend to be claustrophobic so was very uncomfortable with a wall with no windows bedside me. We never knew what the weather was when we woke up and no sunlight came in. I don't think they should have put us, or anyone, in that room without warning them first!!」

「They were supposed to have someone 24 seven at the desk and I called several numbers to try to reach the front desk because there was an electrical fire smell in my room and nobody came to help. This is all documented and still they did nothing to reimburse me for the trouble I went through. I will never stay there again.」
