"Lovely rooms and amenities. Staff was always very friendly. However, I was a bit disappointed that my male colleague were upgraded to the chalet when I was not (we all booked together). My room was right next to the elevator which was extremely noisy at all hours. Also, the amount of small children was surprising due to the nature of this property- the constant crying and screaming did not allow for a relaxing stay. "

They seamlessly coordinated skiing for us—including equipment and a wonderful private instructor who made my first time skiing feel safe and fun. Afternoon tea on the terrace overlooking the mountains, delicious breakfasts, and a private shuttle anywhere in town."

Decent size desk. Very comfortable beds with huge pillow and headboard designed to make it comfortable to sit in bed, in addition to regular pillows and bedding. Delightful staff. Attractive dining room. Good breakfast and very responsive servers. Definitely a winner."
