「This place was exactly what we wanted — a historic villa in the Tuscan countryside. The house was easy to find, and it is gorgeous — lovingly appointed and maintained. There are hints of its history, including a magical attic room with volumes of reference books. There are many cute towns and wineries in easy driving distance. Our hosts were amazing, responding immediately to any questions or needs. We all wished I had booked a longer stay. Highly recommend!」

「We arrived after dark, tired from long overnight flight. We had no water pressure upstairs and no hot water anywhere. This was corrected the next day. One on-suite toilette would not flush properly and leaked at the grinder motor. A "tech" was called in. He informed us that he could not fix it, they would need to call someone else. 「le gestionnaire ne répond que très peu a nos courriels. C’est une superbe résidence qui manque malheureusement d’entretien. Des fourmis a l’entrée aux toiles d’araignées, mais surtout une forte odeur de moisissure qui embaume le 2eme étage au complet et même les draps et les matelas. Dans la cuisine: une forte odeur de créosote est présente dès que l’on ferme la porte. Le four au gas ne fonctionne pas. Le plafond coule. 「My group of 12 friends/6 couples just completed an incredible week at Cate’s family’s Villa. Everything about our stay was wonderful! The views are amazing and the photos don’t do the Villa and the grounds justice. We appreciated having ensuite bathrooms and the rooms were spacious. The common space was lovely whether indoors or outdoors. There was plenty of space for us to spread out as a group or if we wanted some quiet time. The Villa was very clean and the kitchen had everything we needed....

"ピサ観光の後に宿泊しました。フィレンツェ市内観光にも便利です。また鉄道駅の目の前なので朝早い移動でも問題ありませんでした。スタッフはフレンドリーでした。残念な点はエアコンが各部屋に設置されているタイプのもののため換気が十分でないのか、部屋に変な臭いがこもっていたこと、サイドテーブルに埃が多かったことが残念でした。"
