「Good staff and nice location 」

「They don’t have a DND sign usage in the hotel and staff keep disturbing by pressing the bell all the times inspite of instructing the reception staff not to disturb 」

「The staff were really nice, and we were treated well. The food was also delicious. However, the room was not as we expected; the headboard had a dark, dirty stain on it in both of our rooms. I didn’t make any complaints as I was only staying for one night and slept on the opposite side. Overall, it’s not a bad place, but there is definitely room for improvement in the room walls, bathroom, and bed headrest. 」

「First thing evening manager said we do not have reservation and later after we showed him reservation details he said we have reservation for one room and later said we have 2 room reservation but gave one room. Next day morning 8 AM he gave 2nd room and we checked out at 10 AM. Hotel charged us for 2 rooms and they provided only one room and no refund. Manager behavior was rude and do not have accountability. Manager said we can cancel the reservation for one room but we did not find option...

「Apart from the price which in any case was unrealistically high during Kumbh Mela for all hotels in Prayagraj, zone connect at the Park is excellent. Special mention to front desk staff who are very helpful and friendly. Vijay Nehra gets a special mention for his helpful nature. Civil lines , shopping and markets are close y but doesn’t cause any disruption as the hotel is tucked away in a smaller street close to Civil Lines. Good hotel to stay」
