「They are pet tolerant at best, not very pet friendly so if you are booking a pet friendly hotel stay just figure out something else ahead of time. Staff was exceptionally rude!」

「Room was basic but good no extras. Bed was comfortable. We parked right in front of our room. Fort Nelson had a lot of snow this winter(2025/6), huge snow bank in the parking lot blocked Road noise. Also created a huge Lake as it is melting.」

「I have stayed here so many times when I have passed through Fort Nelson. They are consistent in what they provide; a clean and safe space to get some relief from the road. They are conveniently located to everything you need; the staff is knowledgeable about local recommendations too! 」

「The outside of the building doesn't give you a good impression at all. The rooms have been renovated but some of the room was lacking in cleanliness. For example the mirror in the bedroom was grossly streaked (like someone used a very dirty scummy rag to wash and didn't bother to wipe) I had to use the shampoo provided to wash the jacuzzi because it was so slimy. I didn't dare fill the tub up to the jets and the floor in the bathroom was very sticky. The breakfast was smaller then other...
