Stayed 2 nights and we had to move rooms our second night at 9 pm because of a plugged toilet that staff were unable to deal with or even provide a plunger. There was no one to assist me and my elderly mother with the move to another room. I was told the lady at front desk was alone so could not leave her desk. I found her demeanour very rude.
