The rooms are entirely worn down which is not necessary something I'd complain about but the fact that they're using bedding that's probably 20 years + old that makes the overall experience terrible in my opinion. Fair enough it's a fairly priced motel where travelers get some rest but if the bedding smells like smoking I'm already done with this place. 「After several days on the AlCan highway, we stopped in Dawson Creek and what a beautiful hotel! They were so kind and helpful, and loved my service dog. The guest laundry was free, and on a first-come basis. The breakfast was delicious, and they were ready for us due to a system of filling out a form the night before with what you want to eat, and what time you want to eat. This place was fantastic.」

「Clean room, dated and basic. Situated very close to the highway in a kind of industrial area. The Hitching Post was a fun restaurant/ bar area. Basic continental breakfast.」

「It’s basic hotel for an overnight. They have done a number of updates to the outside and the rooms which improve the general appearance. However, it’s not done well. My floor was soft and uneven. Some large gaps in the vinyl flooring. The parking lot is still awful.」

「This hotel is perfect for families. However, the rooms are quite small. We were traveling with two dogs and a teen and it felt quite cramped for all of us. But the hotel was clean and quiet and the beds were super comfortable. Breakfast when we stayed consisted of waffles and that was about it. We would stay here next time if we don't bring our furry companions.」
