「We stayed with this host before when we came up to kc about a year ago for a trip to childrens mercy. we had another one today so we decided to book with them again and stayed in their other apartment to check it out since they were attached. Apartment was just as beautifu and as comfortable as the 1st one. Only thing we can complain about is the faint smell of pot from possibly the people who might of stayed there before us. Still give it 5 stars!! Becuase it was homie and very afordable」

「Great clear communications, easy check-in, SUPER easy check-out :). Every convenience you'd expect in a large home yet in a compact space without it appearing crowded. Amazing how they have a bed, couch with lounger, large TV, hidden full sized washer and dryer AND kitchen in one pleasant efficient space. Super cute updated bath. Nice and cool despite record heat & humidity. Our only regret is that we weren't around enough to use the porch, deck or yard.」

「Our family of 4 came to town for a KC Royals and KC Current game. The location of this house was perfect. The house was clean and cute. The beds were comfy and the main bathroom was spacious so several of us could get ready at one time. We’d definitely stay here again. The host responded quickly. 」

「We couldn’t have asked for a better home base to explore Kansas City. We loved the tree-lined neighborhood and huge green space/park for morning walks. We were minutes away from great food and great art and awesome vintage stores (and any other kind of shopping you’d want to do.) The updated first floor unit was clean and comfy and equipped with plenty of towels, kitchenware and bedding. Loved it.」

「This was our second time staying here, and again, we had a fantastic stay! Plenty of space to spread out, great directions for arrival, departure, the alarm system, etc.! Perfect for our large group.」

「From the beginning, the communication with Boris was great. He was always quick to respond.The property was perfect for our needs. The pictures of the outside of the property were a little deceiving. It seemed a little unkempt so we were concerned about the inside however, the inside is nicely decorated and clean.Our only complaint was that there were several simple maintenance items and additions that could be improved to make the property an even better experience. I would caution anyone...

「It is always a shot in the dark on if a property is going to be exactly what you expect. And especially if the beds are going to be comfortable, and if the pillows will be decent. The beds were amazing, extremely comfortable. It was a cute little place. I grew up in the area and actually worked at the what used to be Schnucks and is now Hy-Vee, so I do know the area very well.
