Exclusive Villa on the sea with pools

This splendid villa is located in Praiano on the Amalfi Coast situated on the seaside and it can accommodate up to 10 people.

Praiano is a very cozy and quite village that lies between Amalfi and Positano.

The renovation of the property, completed in 2020, was carried out favoring the local building and craftsmanship tradition, both in terms of finishes and furnishings.

The villa is a few meters from the city center of Praiano.

A few steps from the structure there are: two supermarkets, a bar, three restaurants (Kasai, La Moressa Bistrot, and La Posteria), a para-pharmacy, an ATM near the bar, a gym open to the public, the local police station and municipal offices.

Villa Francy can only be reached on foot, via a comfortable road of around 280 metres, without stairs, which branches off from the municipal road at the municipal town hall.

The villa can also be reached from the S.S. 163 Amalfitana, via a route of approximately 120 comfortable steps.
The construction is very charming and the villa has been beautifully restored while maintaining the charm and quality of the material of the original house.

Just outside the property, there is a patio furnished with tables, chairs, and umbrellas ideal for having breakfast while you enjoy the panorama.

Villa Francy has an internal surface area of 230 mq, excluding the balcony of approximately 10 mq.

While the external surface is 800 mq.

The structure is arranged on two levels beyond the attic.

On the ground floor there is a fully equipped professional kitchen, a large lounge, an internal wellness tub with adjustable temperature with spa equipped with sauna, emotional shower and also bucket shower.

On the first floor there are five double bedrooms with related ensuite bathrooms.

The rooms are approximately 16 mq each.

The mattresses are all double, 160×200, height 25 cm.

In one bedroom the mattress is made up of two singles, separable.

The ground floor and first floor of the villa are connected by a comfortable internal helical staircase.

The structure is completed by a large living garden with barbeque and outdoor oven, an outdoor wellness tub, an outdoor gym and large outdoor green spaces.

The green areas, rich in essences and scents typical of the local rural tradition, are also shaped like terraces and surround the entire structure, with panoramic views of the sea and the coast.

The villa has an internal spa, with a heated hydromassage pool, sauna, emotional shower and Thai bucket.

The green areas are equipped, including with barbecue and gas oven for pizzas. Outdoor swimming pool dimensions (3.60 x 7.20 x 1.00 m).

The swimming pool is open from 01 April to 31 October.

The outdoor pool is not heated.

Indoor swimming pool dimensions (3.15 x 5.35 x 1.00 m), heated, with hydromassage and cervical waterfall.

In addition to the swimming pool, the spa includes an emotional shower, a Finnish bucket and a sauna with Bluetooth and chromotherapy.

Pool heating included in the price.

The maximum water temperature is 31°C.

Daily cleaning is ensured for 8 hours per day, even on Sundays.

The TVs are all smart TVs connected to the internet.

During the guests’ stay, the bathroom courtesy line is integrated, if necessary. Bathrobe and slippers provided for each guest.

Each room is equipped with a safe.

The butler is present and lives in the villa and lives in his own independent dedicated spaces.

The butler’s quarters are located on the top level of the villa (attic).

He has an independent bathroom and kitchen.

Guest privacy is guaranteed.

The concierge service is included in the price.

The dedicated person takes care of check-in and check-out.

He is not always present in the facility.

However, he is always reachable by telephone.

The laundry service is subject to charges.

On request it is possible to book a parking space in a private garage located on the S.S. 163 Amalfi, at the end of the staircase leading to the Villa.
