"Dear travelers, the hotel that we visit was terrible, the photos dont was the same of the watsapp chat, the room was small, porder, and the bathroom, have a bad shower, doesnt have any type of storages. Too have the point that minibar, was rusty. The last point is the pool, that was dirty, hot and is too small. The good points, is that was so close to the beach, and the air conditioning was good. But this dont hide the fact that the hotel is totally bad."

"Pousada deve ter tido seus dias de glórias, mas hoje o estado de conservação não é dos melhores. Pode ser que em alguns quartos seja diferente, mas fiquei no 16 e além do Wi-Fi não funcionar, o ar não gelava bem. Paraty estava muito quente, então tinha que deixar o ar ligado o dia todo e mesmo assim não gelava, apenas refrescava. "

Quarto grande, cama confortável, ar condicionado gela bem, mas falta uma mesa com cadeira e o chuveiro é bem fraco. Café da manhã gostoso, variado. A arquitetura é muito bonita, piscina boa, mas precisa de uma pequena reforma e a hidro é um diferencial que vale a pena a experiência. Funcionárias simpáticas e solícitas. "Very comfortable stay with some minor issues which were promptly resolved by the management. Cafeteria lady made fresh scrambled eggs for breakfast. Short walk from the bus terminal is a huge plus. You can easily walk to the historical city center as well where a number of restaurants are located. Customer service is excellent. I would book without hesitation again if I am in Paraty."
