"I checked in close to midnight and immediately noticed that the sheets and pillows were dirty and covered in hair. We requested a room change, but the second room was even worse, with broken items and very poor cleanliness. At that hour, we didn’t have time or energy to keep switching rooms, so we stayed. Overall, it was an absolute disaster and extremely disappointing, especially considering the price paid in Brazilian currency. I would not recommend this hotel."

Only stayed for 1 night so can’t really provide a more detailed review but all things considered it’s a great place to stay for the price, especially for the location, literally in the heart of Florianópolis. The breakfast was good, and the reception staff were welcoming and informative, but unfortunately the bedroom was very dirty, with hairs and broken glass pieces on the beds and floor (we took pictures). We’ve requested them to get it cleaned up properly, but all they did was remove the broken glasses pieces from the bed, not even changed the dirty bed linen, and so this was highly...
