「The property was beautiful and secluded which made for a relaxing stay but the issue that brought the stay down was in hostility of the reception staff. 「Hotels not that big. Perfect really. Had a great time with the family, made it feel relaxed and peaceful. Theres just a few things that need improving, we found spiders and ants in my room. We could never quite figure out the lights. The Pool closed 7pm which I felt was a bit early, especially being in the Summer. They also do BBQ nights on Thursday… when we called it was fully booked. We would have loved to have experienced it, so perhaps encouraging guests to reserve in advance would help or...

We were able to walk to walk easily into town and the marina.As for the cons, when we first got there, we were not given the room we paid for. They did change us, though. 「Very nice hotel 5 min walk into albufeira square, bit of a steep hill to get back but not too bad. Staff extremely helpful when I moved from the first hotel I'd booked (it was awful) Room very clean, shower good although I prefer a cubicle it was ok over the narrow bath. If that was the case why they let us book after check in hours? I contacted expedia they are trying to solve it but they said is up to hotel to refund, which is not answering. We had to go around the town to find available hotel in the middle of the night and had to pay double the price and loose so much time.」
