「Precisei de gelo por conta de uma cirurgia recente no joelho. No checkin tive que pegar no café (terceirizado). A noite quando retornei de um jantar, frontdesk orientou a ligar no restaurante, porém ninguém atendia. Parece frescura, mas inflamou a ponto de antecipar meu retorno. (Não foi possível nem congelar água nem guardar o gelo do checkin - pois o frigobar estava bloqueado de gelo, nunca limparam)」
