Great Location and Very Clean

Positive thoughts: The staff were very helpful, and the price is excellent considering the location. Breakfast was also good – I especially enjoyed the filtered coffee. Things to improve: The ventilation/extraction system is a bit noisy, which can affect the comfort of the stay. Another area that could be improved is the restaurant. I tried the chicken and the burger, choosing the simplest dishes, but unfortunately they were disappointing. The burger was undercooked, lacked flavor, and was quite oily, while the fries were not up to standard. With some adjustments in the kitchen and attention to food quality, this hotel could easily elevate the overall guest experience. Please give proper real napkins to your guests, not that thin paper that looks like parchment paper or food truck paper.

Disappointing, won’t stay again and won’t recommen

It took about 45 minutes to check in. There was someone else’s hair in the bathroom sink. The toilet cover was smaller than the actual toilet. Unable to block sunlight from reaching the room.

Fiquei uma semana e tive muitos contratempos e decepções. O hotel estava com problema nos elevadores, e fiquei preso em um deles, piscina suja com bitucas de cigarros, sem serviço de bar. Barulhos no apto acima do meu, e tive que descer para reclamar porque o interfone não funcionou, e a atendente não me disponibilizou outro quarto com indiferença, enfim, como cliente honor dificilmente me hospedarei novamente desse hotel.

Recepção Fui avisado do check out às 11:30 quando estava indo para o quarto pegar minhas malas. Além de ligar no quarto e de novo avisar que teria que sair. Fui muito mal atendido na recepção. Bom hotel Mas precisa limpar o banheiro do restaurante, cheiro forte de urina. Banheiro do hall sem sabonete e sem papel para secar as mãos.
