Good Location Hotel, But average services.

Family vacation in Camboriu. Stay 5 nigths at SUBARA hotel. Breakfast was good, diverse every day. All so service was good. Dinner Ok, good service. Reception not the best services, not too informative about town atracction or even transport method, that after 2 days we realice that was for FREE. Passenger.brasaket was given the last day! Clean rooms was not the best. The hotel is remodeling, with noice and worker around, sometime was disturbing. Hotel have has good location, just 2 block diatance from central beach and on the main ave.

Hotel extremely crowded. Breakfast was chaotic, there wasn't even anywhere to sit. Garage difficult to access and poor service. The internet was slow and didn't work at various times, and the television didn't work on any channel.

O hotel é excepcional, bom atendimento, limpeza impecável…único ponto negativo foi barulho no corredor, bagunça nos elevadores e gritaria na piscina (lugar para relaxar), mas nem por culpa do hotel. Tinham muitos adolescentes estrangeiros.

O espaço da recepção é lindo, causa uma ótima impressão. Porém os funcionários são carrancudos, não dão um sorriso. Me deram um quarto péssimo. A porta do banheiro abria na metade da pia, daí para usar tinha que ser de lado. Sem toalheiros para pendurar as toalhas(isso em todos os quartos, minha filha estava em outro). Poucas tomadas no quarto, tinha que desligar o abajur pra carregar o celular. Troquei de quarto depois que o Hotéis.com negociou com o hotel. Um quarto maior mas também com problemas. Sem toalheiro…. A água do box vassava até na porta do banheiro. Tive que por toalha para segurar. O café da manhã é terceirizado. Quantidade sem qualidade. Suco de laranja parecia estar estragado, gosto de pano sujo. As roupas de cama eram boas e cheirosas. Boa cama e travesseiros. Não voltaria nem recomendaria.

O cardápio do café da manhã era variado. Mas faltavam opções de suco e o omelete era cobrado à parte. O quarto era amplo e bem limpo. O único problema era o banheiro, cujo box caçava agora durante o banho. O hotel de maneira geral é muito bom, mas os elevadores são terríveis: nem todos estavam funcionando então demoravam muito! O room Service também com boas opções, mas a pizza era muito ruim (usaram queijo fatiado), e em uma das noites demorou muito e nem avisaram.
