Great Prague Apartment

An amazing location for our stay in Prague. I think the hotel would benefit by having one name. The few different names made it difficult to find. The other guests were extremely loud during our stay and made it difficult to sleep

This apartment was great and had all we needed for our family two night stay (two adults, two teenagers). It was a little noisy at night but we still managed to sleep, it was in a street just off Wenceslas square so location was great although there were a few adult locations about it didn’t feel unsafe at all. Unfortunately the technology used didn’t fully work for us, despite checking in online and paying the deposit we didn’t receive the PIN number (we arrived around 5.30pm so it was well after check in time), and unfortunately my phone wasn’t getting mobile data so was a bit stressful). They had been in touch over what apps helpfully so we were able to contact that way and share PIN (luckily my husband phone mobile data was working so we got access that way). I would recommend ensuring you have details of where the reception is (about a 15 min walk away) offline in case you need it! But after that hiccup all was ok, though also note Wi-Fi was a bit patchy depending on where you were located in the apartment.

I was hesitant to do the check in as it was in an unfamiliar website but they assured me that it is safe. I went ahead and did not regret. The place was immaculate. The upstairs was serene and the vibe is just lovely. Downstairs was noisy at some point when the people are going in and out and talking loudly and dont close doors gently. It was also quite hot as cant open the window because of the noise and easy to the hallway. A fan would solve it but we only stayed for 2 nights so we didnt bother. There was also a coffee machine but you have to get your own pods. Apart from those, we are happy with our stay because of cleanliness and easy access to the tourists spots.

My sister and i shared this accomodation. It was perfect. In the best place easily accessible for all areas. Local team stops nearby. Walking distance to most local sites. One tiny niggle was we couldn't watch the television. No ability to change the language on it. So evenings were a little bit dull as we would have liked to watch a film or some television to relax. We loved everything about this apartment and we loved Prague. Will definitely be booking again.

Expedia's location point is not correct and if you have luggage it's tiring to move around. They don't provide shampoo or soap, amenities that all hotels provide.
