Modern apartment with a terrace and air conditioning in the heart of Karlin.



With its open space concept, the apartment feels spacious, and airy, but also cozy, and offers a wonderful place to relax. There is a comfortable double bed upstairs and a sofa bed downstairs that offer in total three sleeping places. A fully equipped kitchen adds to the comfort factor - there is a stove, an oven, a fridge, a dishwasher, a microwave, a kettle, etc. The modern bathroom is equipped with a nice-sized shower, a sink, a toilet, and a washing machine. The terrace offers a quiet place where you can enjoy your drinks and meals.



The apartment is located in a quiet area called Karlín. This area is famous for its nice position just next to the Vltava River surrounded by parks and a huge portfolio of restaurants, cafés and pubs around. For example, a famous Hotel Hilton with Sky Bar - Cloud 9 overlooking the city is only 5 minutes away. The heart of the Old Town can be reached by multiple options of public transportation or by foot.



Our apartments are always thoroughly cleaned after every stay. This cleaning includes the elimination of germs that may cause many common viruses. Feel free to ask us more about our cleaning procedure. Your safety during your stay is our priority!

Kindly share your time of arrival. Check-in time is from 16:00. The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center (Truhlářská 1489/29, 110 00 Nové Město, Prague 1). This location is open 24/7. All instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.

Quiet hours must be respected in accordance with Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Follow the trash disposal instructions and all guidance provided for using the apartment`s appliances.



Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the provided emergency number. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.

Bezahlbare Ferienwohnung in relativer Zentrumsnähe

Bezahlbare Ferienwohnung mit besonderem Ambiente, aber ohne viel Schnickschnack; Sanitär voll in Ordnung. Einziges Manko: die Sofas wirkten nicht sehr einladend, waren unbequem und ziemlich angeschmuddelt. Ansonsten machte das Objekt einen sehr gepflegten Eindruck, befindet sich in ruhiger Lage und relativer Zentrumsnähe, kostenlose Parkplätze stehen zur Verfügung, Restaurants und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Kommunikation mit dem Gastgeber war zwar auf tschechisch oder englisch, aber sehr datailliert und bei Anfrage erfolgte eine sehr schnelle Antwort.
