We stayed in the 3 bed suite which was in a beautiful house and was spotlessly clean and warm. The staff were very welcoming and helpful.the complimentary breakfast was generous and delicious. We will certainly be coming back. Thank you for a lovely stay.

The hotel was situated at a quiet area. Breakfast was good. My room has good view out of the window but the toilet was a bit small. Location is ok as it’s within 10 minutes walk to the door nearest tram station.

Another Great Stay

Another great stay at Penzion Jana. I have stayed here several times. This property is in a nice neighborhood with easy access a tram line and 2 major Metro stations. The complimentary breakfast is fine with a wide selection of breakfast items. The hotel is kept in immaculate condition by a friendly and helpful staff. This property has a garden to relax in which makes it an amazing location during the warm weather months.

The building is very clean and beautiful. The interior of the room is beautiful and very comfortable. The staff are very kind and good. It was helpful to be able to buy a one-day tram ticket at the reception. Breakfast is also delicious and great. This is the perfect hotel to visit Prague with your family and it will be a memorable one.

It’s a good pension in a central location. The only problem was that they gave us the wrong checkout time. By Expedia said checkout was at 12:00, but they tried to make us leave at 10:00 and they told “ this is your fault”. They said it was written on the paper in the room. We didn’t read the papers in the room and we must not read it. We checked the checkout time on Expedia, and it said 12:00. Also, being woken up because of this mistake was very annoying. This was definitely the pension’s fault.

An Inexpensive Gem

The location is ideal for a traveler willing to use the Metro. It is steps away from the tram stop Perunova. This easily connects to green Metro stations Flora and Nemesti Miru and red Metro station I.P. Pavlova. So the entire city is accessible. My breakfast buffet was included, free. Daily there was a variety of hams, cheeses, pastry, cereals, fruits and breads. Plus juices, bacon and eggs. A coffee maker was available. The facility was kept immaculate by a friendly and helpful staff. The outside garden was lovely and would be an attraction if visiting in the summer. My shared bathroom consisted of a stand up shower, toilet and sink which was steps away from my room. I had a key for the bathroom so although it was shared. it was private. My room was comfortable and clean. And the free Wifi service was excellent. Overall, I highly recommend.

Great place to stay

Staff was very friendly and have local recommendations and highlights the local attractions. Room layout was great ans so was location. Near lots to eat, sites, and train stop. Also offers free breakfast.

All the staff made us feel very welcome throughout our stay. Very nice breakfast. Room was warm (we were there during the winter) and clean. Bedding was very comfortable. Would recommend this place to our friends.

This is a really old building and Bathrooms at upstairs were really dirty. Breakfast has really limited options Expect for the kind blonde woman, staff were rude and unpleasant.

Despite the advertising stating that there is a private bathroom, the bathroom was in fact not private, and shared with other guests on the first floor. The doors are also very thin and dont lock easily, meaning that your privacy from other guests is minimal

Wir hatten ein Comfort-Doppelzimmer. Dieses war sehr geräumig und sauber und mit Allem ausgestattet, was man benötigt. Der Service war sehr gut. Preiswerte Unterkunft mit guter Anbindung zu Tram/Metro. Frühstück etwas simpel, aber für den Preis voll in Ordnung. Wir würden es weiterempfehlen. Parkplatz auf dem Hof kostet 10€/Tag. Geld wechseln ist vor Ort möglich.

Une belle grande chambre, avec une excellente literie.... mais elle donne directement dans le refectoire, salle du petit dejeuner ! Du coup extrement bruyante, avec les chaises qui raclent le sol et qui bien sûr n’ont pas de tampon feutre sous les pieds. La grande baie vitree de la chambre donne directment sur le parking, donc aucune intimité. La sdb est grande et foncionnelle; par contre le pommeau de douche ne tient pas dans son support mural, et la quantité d’eau avec un tel debit est ahurissante ! J’ai suggéré des pommeaux economiseur d’eau, ou brumisateur mais la santé de la planete est tres loin de les préoccuper. Le petit dej est tres bien, par contre tout n’est pas au meme endroit. Les boissons dans une salle, les denrées dans une autre. Et aucun laitage. Un hébergement qui fait le job si vous etes en mode baroudeur couche tot et lève tot.
