On arrival at the airport the shuttle quickly arrived and within couple minutes i was at the hotel. The young lady on reception was polite and friendly and gave great advice relating to my onward travel. The room was confortable and the usual refreshments available. The room, reception and the stairway (didnt want to use lift which was available) was clean and light. Overall very good value for money, woukd stay there again.

Zero stars. I booked the room weeks in advance. There was no room available when I showed up at the hotel. They made me move to another hotel. When I asked for compensation, they offered me a drink ticket at the hotel where I wasn't staying. Are you kidding me?!?! If you want your room guaranteed, I suggest you find another place. This level of service is absolutely unacceptable.
