This apartment boasts a spacious open layout with high ceilings. The living room and kitchen are located on the ground floor, while the lower level houses the bedroom and a well-appointed bathroom. For your comfort, the bedroom features a futon, and the living room includes a sofa bed that can accommodate two people. Please note, the space is open and inviting, but there is no door separating the living room from the basement area.

Online check-in must be completed before arrival.

After each guest’s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. Guests are responsible for any missing or damaged items.

Check-in starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in depends on availability.

The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center with 24/7 access. Instructions will be sent after online check-in is completed.

Check-out is by 11:00 AM. Late check-out depends on availability.

Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment.

Pets are allowed only with prior approval.

No parties allowed. Please do not disturb other residents.

Quiet hours must be respected according to Czech law. Keep noise to a minimum between 22:00 and 08:00.

Communication will primarily take place via the platform you used for booking.

Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition upon check-out.

Follow the trash disposal instructions and the guidelines provided for using the apartment`s appliances.

Take care of your keys. In case of loss, contact the emergency number provided. Guests are responsible for key-related issues.
1) Each guest must do an online check-in (without the mandatory registration, it is not possible to be accommodated according to Czech law).
2) City tax is not included and must be collected before accommodating. The city of Prague requires €2.30 / per person / per night.
3) A deposit of 200 EUR is required for online registration as a security measure against potential damages. After each guest`s departure, an inventory check is conducted to assess the condition of all items in the apartment. If no damages or missing items are found, the deposit will be released within 7 days of departure. Please note that the exact timing of the refund depends on your bank`s processing times and policies.
4) Check-in: starts at 16:00. Kindly share your arrival time. Early check-in is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
5) The apartment has a self-check-in procedure. The keys are located in the city center, with 24/7 access. All needed instructions will be sent after completing the online check-in.
6) Personal check-in (we will meet you at the address) could also be requested as an extra service. The fee is as follows: 16:00 - 21:00 = 20 EUR / 21:00 - 23:00 = 30 EUR / 00:00 - 00:01 = 50 EUR. The fee is paid in cash during check-in. If you request a personal check-in, please inform us as soon as possible (at the latest, 1 day before arrival) so we can arrange everything accordingly.
7) Check-out by 11:00 AM. Late check-out is always subject to availability, cannot be guaranteed, and an additional fee may apply.
8) Smoking is strictly forbidden anywhere in the apartment. The penalty is up to the full amount of the deposit.
9) Pets are allowed only under previous consultation. An extra fee applies.
10) No parties allowed. Don`t disturb other residents.
11) Respect Czech law and its quiet hours. Keep the noise down between 22:00 PM and 08:00 AM.
12) The primary communication is via the platform you used for booking.
13) Please leave the apartment in a tidy condition when checking out. An extra charge applies if excessive cleaning is needed.
14) Follow the trash disposal instructions and other instructions on how to use the apartment`s appliances.
15) Take care of your keys. If you lose the keys, call the given emergency number. Everything related to the key issues will be at your expense.
