Great staff, close to the airport. We really enjoyed our stay and we didn't even have a chance to check out the spa. Would we stay again? Already planning to stay there again but for a longer visit next time. Can't wait!

Lovely little getaway just outside of city centre

I came to Prauge to have surgery at the nearby hospital and they were fantastic my entire stay from start to Finnish. Cleaned rooms every day and disabled friendly room with lift that worked. And food in bar was divine! My friend Paul was in there most nights. Beer 1.49 Czech crowns was good too. If we ever visit Prauge again we will definitely return. Thanks so much guys.

Clean, BASIC hotel let down greatly by limited catering (no lunch and dinner only acwilable on 5 nights). Staff friendly, but very teticent to engage. Kettle in the rooms, but no tea, coffee etc. Despite that, we nay very well return as we felt safe and sleptvwell in this clran, quiet hotel.

The overall stay was nice. We chose this hotel due to the proximity to the airport as we had an early flight to catch. The room was huge and bed was comfortable. There were rooms for our luggages and we were able to walk around. Didn’t have breakfast there so could not comment on it. Only downside was no elevator as we had to carry our luggage up two floors.

Nice hotel but ckeck resturant opening days !!

Nice hotel located just 10 minuts drive from airport. Only negative experience is that in some days restaurant is closed. Nearest restaurant either by bus or car :(

Stay was ok. The hotel had some misunderstanding regarding the bed arrangement, however since we checkedin late, it was too late to try to fix it. Besides that the service was very good and the breakfast was really great!

This wasn't a bad stay, but it wasn't great either. We were only here for one night, I booked it because it was close to the airport and we had a rental car so we needed a place that had parking. Well, there are NO services around. The restaurant in the hotel was closed, there was no place to eat near by, so we had to make due with some rolls and cheese from the market near by. Definitely the low point of our entire trip.

Disappointed

The hotel was convenient to get to the airport but it was quite rundown. The worst was the stained carpets in the rooms. Just one staff at the desk who was not particularly friendly. Wouldn’t advise to stay here.

Quiet place close to airport

Stayed here a couple of times but this was first time I was informed that the restaurant "always closes on Mondays and Tuesdays" (this should be mentioned when you book). Pity, as their burger and beer restaurant I always fancied. Minibar used to be more full than it was today. Telephone didn't work so had to arrange taxi myself (the Liftago app was perfect); there is direct public transport to the airport, but not on public holidays. But the good things are the room size and the quiet nights.

We stayed here with two adults and 2 teenage boys in the room for 4. This hotel is extremely clean and uncluttered. The burger restaurant was also great. We are in the outdoor garden area which was also very well manicured. The owners and staff obviously gave pride in their business. 15 mins or less to the airport from Uber was super easy even at 4 AM for a 6 AM flight. Only complaint is no elevator to all the upper level rooms. Small issue for us. Beds were also very comfortable and the bathroom was super spacious and spit shine clean. We stayed at the 4 seasons in Prague which was a very expensive hotel. I would have preferred this place over a fancy marble shower that sprays water all over the bathroom because it had no door- stupid.

I booked this hotel accidentally. When I recieved the reminder email of my booking 24 hrs before check in time I called right away to cancel. Expedia was very helpful but could not locate a manager for a refund. By the time a manager was reached (4 days later) they denied the refund. I tried to contact the hotel myself and never received a response. Greedy hotel just wants your money, don’t give it to them.

Racist Attack and Hotel did nothing

0 if possible. I am dark skinned person from Asia. As I was checking in, one of the guests in the hotel started hurling racial slurs at me. At one point of time he threatened me with physical assault. All the time the receptionist didn’t say a single word. There was no security guard or any other person in the hotel to protect me. As I was traveling with my wife and two little kids, I felt terribly unsafe and I got out of the hotel immediately. I booked the room for 3 nights and the whole amount is down the drains. If you are a person of color, just avoid. Your life is at risk here.
