"It was a great stay , Hotel is very beautiful just like the pictures , we got upgraded on arrival to the next type of room and we also received a bottle of sparkling in our room which made our stay even better . Service was very good, very clean and breakfast had different options , overall we had a great time. Thank you Art Nouveau Palace Hotel, we loved it! "

"I had a "Classic suite" on the 7th floor and it was very nice. Spacious, clean, well appointed. Housekeeping did an excellent job refreshing my room each day. Couch and chairs were comfortable to sit in and allowed for good visiting with friends. My only negative observation is that the hotel needs to be painted on the exterior, but the inside felt well cared for."

"The hotel location is good close to the old town about 7 minutes walk and to the metro station. The hotel rooms some are renovated others are old. Check in and out was quick but staff is not friendly no welcoming words and no smile at all. No phone numbers for the house keeping and room service on the room’phone. Every time we have to call the reception and when they are busy you got no answer. Some will take your order some receptionist will refuse and transfer you. So Inconvenient. "

"The hotel was conveniently located in a safe and quiet location. Walking distance to all major attractions. The rooms were clean and well maintained and included a very comfortable bed. The breakfast options included in the rate were excellent! Security issue: The bathroom tub is too high to step into with no wall handle to help in the process and tub access is partly blocked by a fixed glass pane. This is an accident waiting to happen, especially upon exiting the tub. "
