I've stayed at multiple Homely Place units and it's been great. This time there were two maintenance issues which the housekeeper should have reported before a guest is inconvenienced: (a) the showerhead holder was loose and couldn't be positioned properly, so the showerhead had to be held in hand while showering; and (b) the safe box was found locked and couldn't be opened with the code provided by the office. I had to provide a video showing me punching the numbers, because Marta implied that I was doing something wrong. Then she acquiesced but said it would be four days before that could be looked into, which of course coincided with my check-out day. Other than that, the bed was uncomfortable in this unit; it's not the same quality as in their units on Bóżnicza street. Nevertheless, I recommend Homely Place apartments and will stay again since usually their apartments are fabulous.

I've stayed at several Homely Place apartments, and this one (one of the "Cuba" units) was the nicest: new, modern, comfortable and spacious. However, the apartment was on the 4th floor (Floor 3, 58 stairs up) and the single elevator was out of service the entire week I was there. Not easy for travelers with bags. From the looks of it, it had been in this state for a while already, and no signs of any repairs being made. So be aware that the apartment is not currently wheelchair accessible, and requires climbing many stairs. As far as location, this building is the farthest from the center (compared to their other apartments), but still just about a 10-minute walk. As people are apparently still moving into the new building, there is construction noise from other apartments starting at 8 AM. I can climb stairs and tolerate the noise, so I enjoyed my stay nonetheless, and would've stayed longer except that the price doubled for the following nights, so I moved elsewhere.

Well, this is a great place, except for communication, there is an adress, but apparently they said you to another one when you arrive ( this is frustrating if you are traveling for many hours and just need to check in and shower ) But all in all, great place, clean, good location, and big enough for few people. Thanks for the nice stay, really!

Fantastic find, very good value for money, 2 minutes from the old town. Very well furnished and clean, great communications. Cannot be faulted. There is plenty of public transport nearby so no need for taxis or anything.

Reservamos um apartamento superior, pois queríamos um espaço amplo, com camas separadas. No entanto, nos foi dado um apartamento comum, menor e com um sofá cama (algo que queríamos evitar). Entramos em contato pelo whatsapp com a hospedagem, que não respondeu em tempo hábil, e ainda teve a pachorra de dizer que deveríamos ter reclamado mais cedo. Definitivamente, a ser evitado. Atenção às fotos do hotéis.com: as fotos dos dois apartamentos estão misturadas, o que pode levar muitos a se confundir (os apartamentos chamam-se Lovely e Royal).

Sehr schöne geräumige zentrale Ferienwohnung

Sehr schönes geräumiges lichtdurchflutetes Apartment, Gut und gemütlich eingerichtet, sehr sauber und gepflegt. Lage sehr zentral, nur wenige Minuten Fußweg vom Alten Markt entfernt. Matratze im Bett war für meinen Geschmack sehr weich. Mehr Ferienwohnung als Hotel. Keine Rezeption im Haus, alle Kommunikation zum Check-in erfolgt vorweg per Mail und ist völlig problemlos, sehr freundlich, schnell und effektiv. Frühstück kann dazu gebucht werden werden, wird dann an die Wohnungstür geliefert. Früheres Einchecken als 16 Uhr wird pro Stunde mit Extragebühr berechnet. Das könnte etwas großzügiger sein. Insgesamt: große Empfehlung!

A very spacious mini-apartment, with all the amenities for an extended stay. Check-in was easy with detailed instructions and automated doors. The bed was comfy, the bathroom was great and there was plenty of space to work or relax in. There was a toaster and coffee machine, which made breakfast as easy as home. It was also helpful to have a washing machine and although the dishwasher was out-of-order, it was no big issue for a week-long stay. The apartment is close to the centre of the city, with restaurants nearby and a shop directly opposite so it was easy to pick up groceries.

Modern Central Apartment

The company owns a few apartments. The one we stayed in was on Wodna 15 street, flat number 19. The people who run the apartments sent us maps and entry details prior to our arrival, which made it really easy to find. The apartments are located really centrally about a 5 minute walk from Poznan old town square. There is a supermarket underneath the flats, and one over the road. A nice modern new apartment, with a separate bedroom and living area with kitchen, dining table and sofa. The kitchen was equipped with fridge, cooker and hob, and all cutlery and cooking utensils. Wifi in the room is free and works well. There is also a TV but we didn't use it as it was all Polish language channels. The bed was a little soft for our liking, but not a major problem! Poznan is lovely, we went into the square most nights for food and drink, and to people watch! Taxis to and from the airport are around £5 and take 20 minutes if there is no traffic, it took us longer when we arrived (Friday 6pm) as the traffic was quite busy, so around £10 and 45 minutes.

Apartamento espectacular

El apartamento está en un edificio muy nuevo y moderno a menos de 5 minutos del casco histórico y 10-15 minutos de los principales tranvías que te llevan a otras atracciones turísticas y la estación de tren. El apartamento en sí es espectacular: muy moderno, muy luminoso y muy amplio con todo tipo de comodidades para pasar los días que necesiten. Sin lugar a dudas lo recomiendo y si alguna vez he de volver a Poznan, no creo que busque otro alojamiento que no sea este.
