"I was a little surprised by the reviews vs my own experience. The one thing I was super happy about was proximity to the airport. The rooms are nice and very spacious; however a couple things that turned me off quite a bit. 1) breakfast being $7 a day per person is absolutely wild. Also- the Expedia website (where I booked) states breakfast is included for up to four people. Add to that- they charge $5 a day for parking. The hotel, charges YOU to park where you PAID for a room. Guys, nickel and diming after we are already spending $150 a night? Gross. Greedy. Needless to say I didn’t eat their breakfast so can’t comment on that. But if you’re gonna boast about your breakfast- make it included. That’s so tacky. Last thing, my room was cleaned once in 4 days. Fine whatever, but, at least sweep or vacuum? Sand and hair were everywhere. I had to clean up the floor myself at least twice. I was also hoping I’d sleep well with the sign asking people to be quiet after 10- no such luck there either."

"My tv did not work. Somehow, an animal was inside my bed, and urinated on my clothing. I was moved to a different room that should have been at a lower price, but was never given any credit. I asked to speak to the manager multiple times, but he was never there. When I finally did see him, he said he was leaving for the day and would look into my issues. He never called me. He didn’t even apologize. He blew me off and knew that he did not care. The unfortunate part of this is that his staff was actually very good. They just had no authority to assist me."

"The room is clean. We have an issue with the bathroom/shower. I don't know who designed this shower area, but it is bad. The glass panel to cover the shower area only covers about 2/3; as a result, every time we shower, the water just splashes all over the bathroom area. If you shower for more than 10-15 minutes, it is literally the water flooded the bathroom floor. It is so bad that each person wasted 2-3 bath towels to dry up the bathroom floor."

"Rooms still reeked of cigarette smoke, even though they are 100% against it. Whatever place this was before them clearly allowed smoking in the rooms. You know how putrid that can be, once a room is smoked in, it'll never be the same. Room keys unprogrammed themselves every morning so we had to go back to the front desk to have them programmed again. Very inconvenient. Shower was sufficient, water flow was strong! Nice surprise. Bed was TOO SOFT. Very plush and uncomfy. Can feel where other's have slept in because there were springs that were obviously too compressed. Barely slept. The Tiki bar was cute, small area, but the patio where the entertainment is was fairly large. Good selection of drinks! Bartenders were fun and personable. Just remember, you're on camera at the bar so behave yourselves! Overall, decent place, great price."

"The hotel was clean, and the check-in was easy. They did not have complementary coffee which for the price, I think should of been included."

"Breakfast area was excellent. Nice staff. I was in the building to the left of the office. I think they were housing the homeless there. My door was sticky and I had to throw a shoulder into it to open. The space near the frig was full of dirt. "

"The place was just OK, the staff was helpful when needed, the location was perfect for what we needed, but the condition of the hotel was not great. The paint was peeling in the bathroom, and I found hair on most of the clean towels. I had to request new ones. The design was clean and modern but spares."
