1. Every Thursday, between 8 AM- 12 noon - Spa cleaning service
2. Usually comes by once a month- 2nd/3rd week at 9 AM the earliest (weather pending) - Lawn care, to cut the lawn

You can bring up to two pets per stay. There is a pet fee of $60 per pet, per stay, which covers the cost of an extra deep clean after your departure 🧼. This ensures the home remains completely allergen-free for the next guests, as some people may be allergic to pets. 🐶🐱

For the safety and security of our property and guests, please be advised that a security camera is installed on the exterior of the property.

📍 Location: Camera is placed at the outside front of the house.
🎯 Purpose: Strictly for security and monitoring of the property’s exterior.
🏠 No Indoor Cameras: There are no cameras inside the house or in any private spaces.
🛑 Privacy: Cameras do not capture the interior, bedrooms, or bathrooms.
