"Spacious home with everything we needed for a weeks stay. Outside area was perfect and pool lovely. Great location, private and not overlooked and close enough to supermarkets. All mod cons you would expect and want. 4 double beds, great air con. Have marked down a little on cleaning, but wasn’t anything I couldn’t fix myself. "

"Very nice property and well kept. Really enjoyed it. Shame it didn't have a Restaurant on-site, which means that one has to plan to go somewhere to get a meal."

"le logement n’est malheureusement pas adapté à ce jour à une capacité de 14 personnes:manque de lits ,de vaisselles, de table suffisante pour accueillir l’ensemble des personnes , et en plus beaucoup de détails qui gâchent le séjour : ombrage insuffisant sur la table extérieure, propreté de la piscine insuffisante, accès à la buanderie conditionné par une demande de clé, le portail d’entrée qui ferme avec un fil de fer ….gros problème également pour la climatisation annoncée : un seul appareil...

"The location it was not where it supposed to be. I realy needed to stay in Nelas. In your site, the place is in Nelas. Thats the reason I booked at the first place. And even at the Google Maps it shows the place as it it in Nelas. But the fact is that it is not in the village I wanted. So I could not stay at the place. I had to move to another place with extra charge. I hope I could refund me because the information I had for the booking is not correct. Kind regards"

"This is by far the best property I've ever booked through Expedia. The house sits on the edge of a beautiful working farm, across an ancient Roman bridge. A lovely ten-minute walk into town, you cross another bridge that offers a spectacular view the river. The owners live nearby and are the most hospitable and generous hosts imaginable, sharing fresh produce from their farm and knowledge of the area."

"Wonderful boutique hotel in a quieter area of Viseu surrounded by water fountains, a lovely church and a simply wonderful park with an abundance of wildlife. Great selection of close restaurants. We particularly enjoyed Vintage restaurant just a 2 minute walk. The owner is a real charmer. The staff at Avenida are very friendly and helpful. Rooms are spacious, well equipped and clean. A highly recommended stay"

"This hotel was very clean and modern. The rooms were generous but not large - absolutely sufficient for two people for a couple of days. We were happy that the pool was open, but woud have beenhappier ifit had been heated even a little bit. All of the staff we encountered were friendly and helpful. The included breakfast was very good and quite extensive, with enough options for picky eaters. We enjoyed our stay and would gladly stay again."
